The Portal is for CTV crew with at least three years of documented experience in their current rank. That includes Masters, Mates, Engineers and Deckhands with the right tickets.

Three years of documented CTV experience in the rank you'd be working at. If you're applying as a Master, that's three years as a Master on CTVs.
Above standard industry rates. Exact rates are agreed per job — and you set your minimum expectations during application, so you only ever match to work that meets them.
